3-month money-back guarantee
Join the 6-month Your Body Clear path, follow the weekly guidance, track your symptoms, and see how your body responds. If you feel no difference within 3 months, you can request your money back.
Eligibility
To request a refund under the guarantee, members may be asked to confirm that they joined the programme, accessed the materials, followed the weekly guidance in good faith, and used symptom tracking or check-ins during the first 3 months.
How to request a refund
Send a refund enquiry through the contact form or email SUPPORT_EMAIL_HERE using the email connected to your Whop purchase. Include your name, purchase email, date joined, and a brief note that you are requesting the 3-month guarantee.
Timing
Refund requests should be made within the first 3 months of membership unless otherwise stated in your Whop checkout terms or local consumer law.
Platform processing
Payments and access are handled through Whop, so refund processing may depend on Whop’s platform systems, payment processor timing, and the payment method used.

The refund policy does not require you to share medical information. Your Body Clear does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
