The Lawyer’s Legal Transformation Summit (LTS) thinks big and thinks small.
Big means the seismic changes brought about by the use of technology, a theme squarely at the centre of the in-house and private practice-focused LTS. Small means smarter delivery, incremental changes and detailed improvements that are crucial when people are implementing new systems and technologies.
And make no mistake, it is people who are at the heart of the changes we are all living through in today’s legal market. At a time of artificial intelligence implementation and ever-more tech-powered processes and procedures, it is human behaviour that will ultimately define success.
Which is why, at the Legal Transformation Summit, we will bring together the brightest and most innovative minds in the legal operations and transformation space for an interactive day of networking, discussion and learning!
Professor Richard Susskind OBE is an author, academic and independent adviser to professional firms and governments around the world. In the eighties he wrote his doctorate on AI and the law at Balliol College, Oxford, and codeveloped the first commercial AI system for lawyers. Richard focuses primarily on the future of professional services and how technology and the digital environment is changing the work of lawyers. This has become particularly pertinent with the increasing prominence of artificial intelligence.
