Jonathan currently serves on the New York State Bar Association’s AI Task Force looking at the impact of AI on law and regulation. Jo is Senior Counsel and an information rights specialist in Taylor Wessing’s Technology, IP and Information team. Jo co-leads Taylor Wessing’s UK and Ireland cyber security practice and she splits her time between London and Dublin. Jo has over a decade of experience advising on contentious and non-contentious data, IP and emerging technology matters. Jo works with clients of all sorts to develop data privacy and cyber security strategies. Jo has extensive experience of managing cybersecurity breaches and data and confidential information-focused litigation.
