Trends in transatlantic acquisition finance

Paul Hastings on course to hit $200m City turnover

Paul Hastings is expecting to generate over $200m (£158m) in its London office this year after investments made across its finance and litigation groups. The firm is estimated to have brought in $174m (£138m) over 2023, meaning it is looking to grow its revenue in the City by at least 15 per cent in this financial year. Paul Weiss lands new deal for Oakley Capital

US firm Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison has secured a new role representing private equity house Oakley Capital in a refinancing deal for portfolio company Phenna Group. The firm acted for Oakley and its portfolio business, a testing, inspection, certification and compliance platform, on a refinancing deal worth €1bn.
