While it’s clear that technology plays a vital role in keeping track of environmental, social and corporate governance goals, many companies and their legal departments still struggle with having a clear strategy in place for their digital transformation to support this.
Join this webinar to hear the panel discuss what a digital strategy looks like in practice for legal departments, how to create a culture of transformation and how businesses can successfully bridge ESG and digital transformation. The discussion will be supported with stats from The Lawyer & Wolters Kluwer’s recent report on this same theme.
Discussion points include:
- The importance of having a clearly defined digital strategy in place
- How are businesses weaving ESG factors into their long-term digital strategies?
- What areas and processes are businesses and their GCs prioritising for improvement?
- Addressing the main challenges legal departments face when introducing technology and how to gain stakeholder buy-in
