Ahead of this year’s Smarter Working Week event, Thomson Reuters’ chief product officer LegalTech Kriti Sharma spoke with The Lawyer about the concept of smarter working and how this has evolved to become “more people-centric”.
Working smarter is about creating experiences that “connect humans”, put people at the centre of businesses and create positive change. Tech is a major part of this picture and will help teams focus their efforts on tasks that require strategic thinking, which is especially key in a future of work “balancing people, purpose and profitability”.
Kriti concludes that she hopes Smarter Working Week will inspire attendees to “use the power of technology as a multiplier to bring justice to all”.
