Brian Kelly, Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, DocuSign
Brian Kelly has served as DocuSign’s Vice President and Deputy General Counsel since 2019, and manages corporate, securities, employment, global equity, product legal and legal operations for DocuSign’s legal team. Prior to DocuSign, Brian practised law with Fenwick & West in Silicon Valley and Seattle, where he advised technology companies on corporate matters ranging from formation to capital-raising transactions and exit events. Prior to DocuSign Brian also served as the VP of Legal of a Seattle-area start-up.
Brian holds a B.A. from Amherst College, received his law degree from Stanford Law School, and is admitted to practise in California and Washington.
Eoin O’Reilly, Director of Legal, Product, Monzo Bank
Eoin is Director of Product Legal at Monzo Bank, a digital bank serving over 6 million customers across the UK and US. He leads a team of specialist lawyers covering lending, payments, business banking and investments. Eoin is also a member of the UK Ministry of Justice’s Industry Working Group on the Electronic Execution of Documents. He was formerly Head of Legal & Compliance and Company Secretary at MarketFinance, a scale-up SME finance platform. He is a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) and attorney-at-law (New York).
Pippa Whitmore, Legal Director, Pinsent Masons
Pippa is a Legal Director at Pinsent Masons and leads a team of Banking & Finance specialists focusing on legal and market developments in the financial services sector. She is also a market leader in Education Finance. Pippa regularly advises and works alongside members of the financial services community on legal and technological change, including specifically in relation to electronic signatures. She has been heavily involved with the law and practice on electronic signatures for the last six years and sits on industry working groups on the future of electronic signatures.
