Rachel Broquard has built a career out of being ahead of the curve but rarely was she more on point than back in October 2022. It was then, well before the public release of generative artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT, that Broquard insisted to Eversheds Sutherland’s executive team that funding for Gen AI-related training and investment was critical. Consequently, it was included in her firm’s 2023 budget before most of the world had ever heard of GenAI.
Since then, Broquard has overseen continued investment in skills and new products and services across the entire Eversheds Sutherland business. And as now one of Eversheds Sutherland’s lead partners on all things AI, in 2024 she will be instrumental in rolling out the firm’s global AI strategy while continuing her mission to help people understand both the risks and opportunities of this groundbreaking technology.
