When promoted to this position in January 2019, Holford’s remit was to deliver change and to help the legal function become more commercial and approachable.

She joined Scania as in-house counsel in 2017, and was swiftly promoted to head the team in early 2019, with a remit to deliver change and help the legal team become more commercial and approachable.
