Rozenn Heathcote is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of international leadership experience in the services sector (facilities management & food services and the real estate industry). She currently serves as the Executive Director, Legal Operations & Strategy at Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc (NYSE: JLL), a Fortune 500 Real Estate Services Company with a global workforce of over 100,000 employees. A member of the Legal Executive team, Rozenn plays a key role in optimizing the operational effectiveness of JLL’s legal and compliance functions, working closely with and providing strategic guidance to a team of 300 legal and compliance professionals spanning across more than 30 countries.
Throughout her career, Rozenn has worked in various locations including France, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States. Rozenn’s approach places a strong emphasis on large scale, multi-site change management, and she has been a part of several wildly successful global implementation projects. With experience in HR and Legal & Compliance, Rozenn’s areas of expertise include leading mobilization and transformation projects, developing strategic plans, redefining and modernizing processes and frameworks, and driving strategies supporting business growth plans.
