WHAT WILL THE JUDGES BE LOOKING FOR IN THIS CATEGORY?
The entry form covers the following areas:
-
Background – you, your team and your company (750 words)
- Our judges will be looking for a summary of your own career background, as well as an outline of how your team is structured within your business, and how you work with external stakeholders – this will serve to put the rest of your submission in context, so be concise and focused. More importantly, they want to understand if there are any specific challenges posed by your sector or company background, and / or how your own past professional experiences have impacted on your current role.
-
Your story in 2023 (750 words)
- Our judges want to see how you’ve excelled over the past 12-18 months in leading your team – think about any specific challenges you faced, and how you overcame them. You can include ongoing projects or initiatives that have made significant advancements in 2023 be that in terms of technology, operations, talent, D&I or elsewhere. Don’t forget to make clear how you and your role contribute to the business’s strategy and impact on overall business success.
