This session takes the CBI controversy around allegations over the conduct of senior individuals to look first at the expectations on legal teams handling sensitive and serious issues, and then how the predictability of issues unfolding impacts long-term advice to their business.

While a crisis can be novel for those involved, it is rarely unprecedented. We will look at what this means for stakeholder expectations in the handling of conduct issues, as well as broader implications for the handling of crisis across business risks.
